Kindergarten Screening
All incoming kindergartners are required to complete a kindergarten screening. Students attending summer school will complete their screening during that time, and a parent or guardian does not need to be present. Families of students not attending summer school should use the form linked below to select a screening time and bring their child to the school at that time.
If a student did not attend A Day in K, families should bring a birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunization records to the scheduled screening appointment.
